Abrams’ “Lost” almost had a completely different cast
Chronology
Survivors of a plane crash are forced to work together to survive on a seemingly deserted tropical island. See which A-listers missed out on one of the most popular TV shows of all time, and he was originally supposed to be an older, suave urban con man from Buffalo, NY. However, when Josh Holloway forgot his lines during his audition, then slammed his chair in frustration and cursed loudly, the writers liked the edge he brought to the Sawyer character and decided to write Sawyer as a darker Southern drifter… Jin and Sun are married and share the last name “Kwon,” which becomes a major plot point in the final season. However, when Koreans get married, the wife never takes her husband’s last name. In fact, in Korea, it’s not even allowed to marry someone with the same last name, except in rare cases.

[repeated line] Desmond Hume: See you in another life, bro. The strange opening credits were written by J.J. Abrams on his laptop designed in black and white as a homage to The Twilight Zone. Unless you live in total isolation, you’ve probably heard of the hit series LOST. You’ve seen the preview, read the 5-star reviews, and heard the chatter at the water cooler about it. If you haven’t started watching the show yet, you might be wondering if you should start.
If you like shows with humor, you’ll love LOST
Let’s put it this way: If you like action shows, you’ll love LOST. If you like shows with complex characters and interactions, you’ll love LOST. If you like shows with drama, mystery, and suspense, you’ll love LOST. If you like shows that let you watch an episode twice and see it through completely different eyes, you’ll love LOST. If you like shows where every single scene has meaning… Get it?
There is confusion at first
It’s simple: if you’ve ever enjoyed a TV show, you’ll become addicted. LOST is a series about a plane crash on a mysterious island. 48 people survive, but the focus of the series is on 14 people, all of whom have secrets. But as the series progresses, friendships develop and we learn that there is more to the island than meets the eye… The characters are fantastic – ignore those who say the cast is so diverse it’s already a cliché, because these are probably the same people who would criticize it if it were all white. In short: check it out.
Why aren’t you watching?
Unless you’re one of those tiny people who gets a hernia if every detail in the first episode is not in place, you will be hooked. Otherwise, I have to ask… 10/10
